Recipe #1 : Avocado and Cucumber sushi rolls
This is one of the quickest dinner recipes, especially if I have some leftover cooked rice
Preparation Time: 10 mins (if you are freshly cooking rice it will take the time to cook the rice too)
Cooking time : none (that's the best part)
Ingredients
- 2-3 cups of cooked rice (warmed up)
- 1 avocado sliced.
- 1 English cucumber (super thinly sliced)
- 4 sheets nori sushi wrapping paper
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of sugar
