Project #15: Superman

It has been forever since I painted on canvas. Christmas is coming and I am hurting myself trying to figure out a perfect personalized present for everyone. My surrogate father-in-law requested for this painting of Superman as an office decor. The print version of the artwork itself was going to cost me $150. Being frugal and considerate, I decided to make a copy myself. 

Once I got the outline on canvas, the rest of it was pretty easy. It felt exactly like painting with numbers. It took me  a total of 6 hours spread over two weekend nights. 

Not bad at all, considering, the money I saved for Bala. ;) 

Now, I eagerly await the precious opening-the-present moment.
