Project #9: Tapestry crochet
It is only a minor variant of regular crochet, but the results are stunning! It allows you to use more than one yarn in a project. Also you can incorporate cross stitch patterns into the design. That is how I included my niece's name (Meera) and the anchors into the pattern. It a was very rewarding project.

I did not buy the pattern, but just drew inspiration from Marina Gavrilov’s gallery for the overall design and pattern.
