Project #2: Owl wall hanging

This was a project for a baby room that ended up staying in one of our guest rooms.

It was a quick hour-long project involving minimum paper cutting and painting.

Materials: 

• Canvas (A4 size) 
• Card stock with different complimentary designs and colors  
• Double side tape
• Some brown paint and paint brush

Procedure: 

• First, I painted the canvas with a brown background and allowed it to dry for 30 mins. 
• Then I made a branch with a darker shade of brown. 
• I cut the card stock into the various shapes seen above and layered it up with 2-side tape (The two sided tape gave the three dimensional effect and was a clean and mess free option).
• That's it! I was hanging it up my wall within the hour.
